Northridge advises Red Bull on minority investment in Leeds United
Northridge, alongside Davis Polk, advised Red Bull GmbH on its minority investment in 49ers Enterprises Global Football Group, the owner of Leeds United Football Club.
This transaction builds on Northridge’s market-leading experience of advising on football transactions including the sale of Chelsea FC, and AC Milan in 2022, Atairos’ recent investment in Aston Villa and the on-going sale of Everton.
The Northridge team included Ian Lynam and Oliver Levett.
