Northridge advises Atairos on Aston Villa deal
Northridge, alongside Davis Polk, advised strategic investment company Atairos on becoming a minority partner in V Sports S.C.S, the owner of Aston Villa Football Club and Aston Villa Women’s Football Club. The deal completed in April 2024.

This transaction builds on Northridge’s market-leading experience of advising on investments in sport. In addition to this deal, Northridge has advised on the sale of Chelsea FC, the on-going sale of Everton FC and the sale of AC Milan.
