Northridge advises Atairos on Aston Villa deal
Northridge, alongside Davis Polk, advised strategic investment company Atairos on becoming a minority partner in V Sports S.C.S, the owner of Aston Villa Football Club and Aston Villa Women’s Football Club. The deal completed in April 2024.

This transaction builds on Northridge’s market-leading experience of advising on investments in sport. In addition to this deal, Northridge has advised on the sale of Chelsea FC, the on-going sale of Everton FC and the sale of AC Milan.
The Northridge deal team included Ian Lynam, Mike Herbert, Jamie Feldman, Scott Treleaven, Ed Dickinson, Emily Soilleux, Oliver Levett, India Gommo and Laurence Daly.
