Northridge advised Blue Heaven Holdings on an agreement to sell its majority shareholding in Everton Football Club to The Friedkin Group.
This is the third transaction involving a major English football club on which the Northridge team has advised during 2024, following its roles on Atairos’ investment in Aston Villa and Red Bull GmbH’s investment in Leeds United.
The Northridge team included Ian Lynam, Mike Herbert, Philippa Scott, Kingsley Boateng, Scott Treleaven, Anna Corderoy, Oliver Levett, Kirsty Dunbar, India Gommo and Mia McDermott.
