Sport and competition law – the year in review 2019/20

In this article first published in LawInSport, Northridge consultant Benoît Keane and Northridge associate Ben Foster recap on the main competition law developments relevant to sport from the past year.

Given that much remains in flux with respect to competition cases arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, the review focuses on recent developments with regard to:
