Northridge promotes new partner

Northridge has today announced the promotion of Mike Herbert to partner.

Mike has cemented his reputation as the leading young transactional lawyer in sport arising from his impressive track record of advising on a range of the most complex corporate, commercial, governance and financing matters in the industry.  In the past 12 months, he has acted for Chelsea FC on its sale to the consortium led by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, represented Elliott on the sale of AC Milan to Redbird Capital, advised TGI Sport (a portfolio company of Bruin Capital) on its acquisition of ISG and acted for The FA and the Welsh Rugby Union on a range of strategic projects.
