Design services agency acquired by Tata Group
We are delighted to have advised W12 Studios on its acquisition by global IT services company, Tata Consultancy Services.
W12 Studios is a digital design studio creating iconic experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. It was established in 2012 by Fabian Birgfeld and Michael Albers and will retain its current name, branding and location.
This was TCS’ first digital acquisition and will form part of its interactive division.

The Northridge team, led by Jon Walters and Mike Herbert, handled the sale process on behalf of the founders and W12 Studios.
