Case Study

Integrity in Tennis

The Independent Review of Integrity in Tennis was commissioned in 2016 after a report from the BBC and BuzzFeed alleged “evidence of widespread match-fixing at the top level of world tennis”.
Northridge were appointed as solicitors and secretariat to a three-person Independent Review Panel (Adam Lewis QC, Beth Wilkinson and Marc Henzelin) appointed by the organisations responsible for governing tennis.

Our team has assisted the panel in gathering evidence from more than 200 stakeholders across the sport and in producing, in April 2018, the Interim Report and Record of Evidence and Analysis. The team is now supporting the panel through the consultation period, with a final report to be published later in 2018.

"They have great strength in depth and are a firm that we can trust in sport when the stakes are highest."
