Northridge is committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workplace to enable the firm to attract and retain the best talent. The Programme is targeted at ensuring employees in the workplace are accepted, without exception. “I’m delighted that Northridge is joining the Programme as it shows a real commitment from the firm to promote diversity and create an inclusive environment for our team to work in. With our unique position as the firm the sports industry turns to when the stakes are highest, Northridge is also a proud supporter of Stonewall’s objective to “make sport everyone’s game.”
